About
CCACとは
Using a metallurgical bonding process based on internationally patented technology,
this material simultaneously achieves electrical conductivity, heat dissipation, and lightweight properties.
It is a new metal material designed to meet the demands of an era of electrification and energy conservation.
“CCAC (Copper Clad Aluminum Composite)” is a composite material in which copper is metallurgically bonded to an aluminum core.
Unlike conventional clad materials, it features a structure in which the aluminum is completely covered by copper.
As a result, it combines the high electrical and thermal conductivity of copper with the light weight and low cost of aluminum.
Thanks to our internationally patented isothermal processing technology, which prevents oxidation while ensuring a high-strength bond, this material offers high reliability and is increasingly being adopted across a wide range of industries.
